She also told us about the coffee, cereal and milk available for breakfast, and there was a thorough instruction folder on the ample dining table. Everything was immaculately clean and well appointed, and had we stayed longer, there was a fantastic BBQ, with a large table and chairs in the well groomed back yard;; and two friendly dogs to pet.

The host made a big effort to welcome us (Good Communication). We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The swim in the clear lake was amazing.
