Andelen Guesthouse is a real gem of accomodation on Æro! It's a very lovely, newly renovated guesthouse with a lot of charm. While some rooms have shared bathrooms, those are exceptionally nice bathrooms and not what you'd expect when you read "shared". There were also many small touches that made it cosy (the extra coffe/tea bar, etc). And of course Adam, the host, was very friendly and always had good recommendations. Bonus: the breakfast you could buy extra even catered to Gluten free diet.

Aroma Guesthouse opnaði í apríl 2013 og er staðsett í miðbæ Ærøskøbing á Ærø-eyju. Gististaðurinn býður upp á ókeypis bílastæði, þakverönd, ókeypis WiFi, herbergi og stúdíó með björtum innréttingum. The Aroma Guesthouse was perfect for our needs. It has two rooms and a shared bathroom which was what we required. It was very clean and well equipped with kitchenette, sofa and dining table in the larger room. The hostess was friendly and left us some beer and liquorice both made on Aero. Aeroskobing is beautiful - like a film set of old streets and houses - our Great Great Grandfather came from there and carved the altar rail and altarpiece in the church and so it had special interest for us.

Bakkehuset Countryhouse er staðsett við ströndina í Skovby og er með garð. Gististaðurinn er með útsýni yfir vatnið og garðinn. It’s gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and airy, and the grounds and views over Aero and the ocean are spectacular. We fell asleep to rain on the thatch and woke up to sheep. So peaceful. The breakfast was beautifully arranged, and we took advantage of the garden to relax and watch the ocean.
