The location is close to most tourist spots in the area, everything is newly renovated and decorated with good taste, the breakfast was very good and, most importantly, everyone in the staff was very nice. Staying there was truly a pleasure and we would love to come back soon.

Absolutely gorgeous garden to relax in with a cool drink provided by our host. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented with fresh warm baked bread rolls. Bright, clean accommodation with small balcony. Fridge provided also in room. Superb value for money. Already recommended to German friends.

Located in Wintrich, within 40 km of Arena Trier and 42 km of Trier Central Station, Gästehaus Föhr provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely bottles of wine available at a reasonable price. The room was spacious with a great balcony and a view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was amazing with egg, cheeses, cold cuts, and lots of fruit. The bike path along the Mosel is very close so lots of opportunity for walking and biking. Nice restaurants close by as well.

Set in Bruttig-Fankel, within 10 km of Cochem Castle and 32 km of Castle Eltz, Moselpension Gwosch offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Our host was incredibly accommodating and obviously takes great pride in caring for her guests. She met us at check-in, walked us through everything, and coordinated breakfast. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us after visiting Burg Eltz that afternoon, before making our way down the river back home. Parking is on site. There are walking paths behind the house. She gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The downstairs is accessible for an open tab on wine and beverages after hours as well as access to the terrace with a view of the river. She served us, sat and chatted with guests during breakfast, and was just lovely in general. She also made our children hot chocolate in the morning, which she joked was the best in Germany- but my kids actually said it was the best they'd had! Situated within 50 km of Castle Eltz in Zell an der Mosel, Boutique Guesthouse Das WOHLGEMUTH HEIM Mosel Weingut provides accommodation with seating area. One of the best place to stay if looking for short break. Clean, great location, exceptional service and experience. In overall outstanding place by all means, staff/ facility /comfort / and even in this period of year with amazing view – it was exactly what I was looking for. For sure I will come back again!

Pension Moselvilla 1900 is situated in Cochem, 1.4 km from Cochem Castle, 33 km from Castle Eltz, as well as 38 km from Monastery Maria Laach. Excellent apartment which was very roomy, very clean and with an excellent breakfast. Big thank-you to Barbara who welcomed us, made up the rooms and served breakfast - a very valuable employee.

Offering a garden and garden view, Weingut Gerd Müllers is situated in Kröv, 46 km from Cochem Castle and 47 km from Natural Park Saar-Hunsrück. The apartment was Fewo 1 which was in very good shape. It was even better than the pictures. It was 70 m2 and you can easily live 4 pax. The apartment has a balcony with view of the Mosel valley. You cant see the river but that didn't matter, the view was good anyway. The owner is a wine producer and we did a very nice and funny wine tasting one evening. The wines are of good quality and we bought some bottles. We bought breakfast one morning which also was very good. In the village Kröv there are some restaurants, grocery stores, a communal outdoor pool and of course a lot of nice wines. We think Gerd Mullers is a very good place for a longer vacation. We will surely return.
