A locked garage to store the bicycle too. There’s a restaurant just across the road, a traditional bakery within the same building and a supermarket just few meters across the road. it’s a perfect location.

Owners are very friendly. Ample, free, parking available in front of the house. Walk to the city centre is a pleasant 5-10 minutes walk. Down a hill though. Supermarket would be a bit longer walk, but still within walking distance if needed. Piste can also be reached on foot, although walking to there in ski clothing and with your ski's is too far. There are large parking lots (free parking) at every elevator so going by car is easier. Breakfast is not provided. You can get bread delivered to your door at 7:30 in the morning. You would need to take your own butter and spreads with you. Coffie machine is available for filter coffee. Again, bring your own filters and coffee.

We didn't use them, but in our apartment besides big bed and sofa there were 2 reclining beds, so in theory this apartment could comfortably used by a company of four adults.

Located in the historic old town hall building directly on the Rhine shore, Guesthouse Altes Rathaus offers accomodation in Aßmannshausen. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The apartment is on the top floor of an old town hall house, right by the Rhine river, in a quiet small town called Assmannshausen. The location is amazing with the Rhine river right in front, a wooden hill with a castle right on the other side of the river and another castle just downriver. The town is small and quiet, but still has good restaurants and there is a nice wine bar right next door. The apartment has three nice bedrooms with double beds, nicely decorated and comfortable. The living room is large and has a small platform from which it is wonderful to sit and watch the Rhine flow by. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the bathroom is also large, with a good shower. When we arrived, we were met in person and shown everything, which was very helpful. There is also a parking spot, which was a great convenience.
