Beautiful room and very friendly staff. I had a problem with my bike and the one of the staff got me in contact with a bike repair shop, Rad the Stadt Fahrradcenter Prenzlau. The manager of the shop picked up my bike and me and drove to the shop. They fixed my bike and offered me a cup of coffee while waiting. Then drove me back to the hotel. Thank you all for the help! It really saved my trip on the Radfernweg Berlin-Usedom.
