I like the tranquility of the place and the neighbourhood. It’s a little house in the backyard of an old couple. The hosts are very cute and friendly. They bring us juices, fruits and a meal. They help us with Spanish too. I recommend this place if you are looking for calm.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Bamboo Rincon Del Mar is situated in San Onofre, 100 metres from Rincón del Mar Beach and 600 metres from Punta Seca Beach. Bamboo hostel is a super place to stay ! The atmosphere is calm and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel offers services not available elsewhere, such as laundry service, money exchange, and a gourmet vegetarian breakfast that's different every morning. The place is super clean and often cleaned. Milton, who runs the hostel, is very attentive to making sure that everyone has the best possible experience, and he recommended good places to eat or to see the night owls. He also explained to me that the hostel is one of the first in the area, but has only been on booking for a short time (hence the lack of reviews), but it's a place I'd warmly recommend.

Featuring a balcony with garden views, an open-air bath and a garden, Los Versos de Zaira can be found in San Onofre, close to Rincón del Mar Beach and 1.1 km from Punta Seca Beach. Great location just a short walk from the beach so really nice and quiet. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hostel/hotel in 6 weeks. Beautiful garden and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Boasting a garden, CASAS BLANCAS Coveñas is located in Coveñas in the Sucre region, 800 metres from Primera Ensenada. Good place, clean and pleasant site. Near every thing that matters in that little town.

Set within a few steps of Segunda Ensenada and 1.2 km of Primera Ensenada, Casa el Muelle offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Coveñas. Firstly, It’s a local tourist destination and you can be the only foreigner in town :) The staff was really kind and they don’t rush you to pay urgently. They don’t have kitchen but they serve free breakfast every morning which was really nice and filling. The room was really clean, and the place is just beachfront and you can go for a morning dip as you wake up.

I Tolú, bare 9 minutters gange fra Tolú-stranden og 1,8 kilometer fra La Perdiz-stranden ligger Oasis de Tolú. Room was pretty comfortable and everything was clean. It was pretty simple place but perfect for doing the island day trip or as a stop over. The lady who runs it is super nice and helpful.

Situated in Coveñas, within a few steps of Puerto Viejo Beach and 1 km of Playa Palo Blanco, Mar Amar Cabaña - Hostel features accommodation with a private beach area and free WiFi as well as free... Everything was amazing! Such a lovely place, taken care of up to the smallest detail. Lovely staff, great atmosphere, beautiful beach. I highly recommend staying more than a couple of nights!

Featuring a private beach area, a bar and free WiFi, Palenque Beach House is a recently renovated guest house 700 metres from Punta Seca Beach and 1.2 km from Rincón del Mar Beach. The most perfect spot to enjoy the Caribbean coast. So perfect I came back twice! The staff are beyond amazing, the food is the best in the town (in my opinion), the rooms are really lovely, the whole place is immaculate, the beach is literally at the doorstep and it’s on the quietest, best part of the beach. Scarily easy to be at Palenque and not leave for your whole stay! Huge thanks to the whole team ❤️
