The garden is a oasis and really nice to hang out and enjoy the flowers and geckos 😊 Comfortable bed and also very quiet. Definitely recommend the apartment if you want to stay in Armenia for a bit.

I have travelled for years, and this was one of the most comfortable places that really felt homely. 1) Lucia is amazing, kind and helpful. We spent a lot of time together walking and it was wonderful getting to know her. 2) location. The kitchen has a wonderful view and the sunset was beautiful. 3) tranquility: people who were there during my stay were nice and respectful. 4) comfortable bed: You sleep so nice at night. Highly highly recommend Lucia's place!

We were warned about everything and got all the necessary information about activities in the city and nearby. We asked so many questions and the owner patiently answered all of them. He was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place to stay!
