Wow, so many positive things to say about this posada. The most notable was the sunset/sunrise view from right outside our room. We would just lay there mesmerized on the hammocks! Second, the breakfast was delicious (usually eggs, toast, fruit juice and coffee). Third, the hosts are just absolutely wonderful people and made you feel like you were staying at home. They even dropped us off at our other BnB at the end of our stay as we no longer had a moped. Finally, there was Wifi available that worked fairly well considering it can be spotty on the island.

Martha was always there to answer questions and helped us locate any resources we needed (scooter rental, info about hiking, scuba, etc...). We stayed in the bottom floor (Garden View apartment) which was perfect - it has a great kitchen with a fridge and enough supplies to cook a few meals. What an incredible book and CD collection, a playable guitar, outside hammocks to lounge in, and AC in the bedrooms. Nothing can match waking up and watching a serene sunset on the patio, enjoying a warm breeze over a cup of coffee. The property has a private, well-maintained yard as well to explore and park in.

Super nice and comfy accommodation on the beautiful island of Santa Catalina, just steps away from the pedestrian bridge to Providencia. Shops and restaurants are just 5-10min by foot but the hotel is very quiet and safe. Big breakfasts, rooms are being cleaned every day and the whole place is really new. We really enjoyed the little details in the room, such as a laundry line in the shower to hang up your swim wear and a mobile phone holder right above the plug next to the bed. The owner Jorge is super welcoming and went out of his way to help us organising our transport and tours on the island. We had an amazing time and we can absolutely recommend Ketlina village!!
