Great facilities, clean spaces and the staff were friendly and helpful. Had really easy communication and check in and was able to leave bags safely after I checked out. Met Oscar the owner whilst there who was really kind and helped me figure out my flights. Super location too! Highly recommend

The guest house offers garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. It's a vintage colonial house with an inner garden. The host Felipe is super friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of useful information and recommendations. He knows all the hip spots. Also, there are lots of cute cats and a dog. I extended my stay from 10 nights to 13 nights, and would love to stay even longer.

At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

The staff is just amazing. There is a wonderful rooftop deck with stunning views and it's close to the floresta metro station, restaurants and shops. If you fancy a good night's sleep, it's quiet at night, a luxury in Medellin. The shower had plenty of hot water.

Juan is nice, friendly, always-love-to-help host just like local Colombian. You don't have to worry about anything and pls feel free to ask whatever it is. As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well. Enjoy my stay and would come back if any chance in Medellin.

The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature
