The Gasthof Schönegg in Goldswil is a typical Swiss Chalet Hotel with rustic-style rooms and a large terrace with panoramic views. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. We took the family room, and we were greeted to excellent views from our room. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the breakfast to stay to location and reachability of the place. The owner was so kind to prepare a breakfast box for us in advance as we were checking out very early. We only wish ee could stay a bit longer! No worries, the next time will be longer!!

Also it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station, very accessible. And it’s close to other small beautiful towns within one hour train. They have parking spaces, too. There are also hiking trails near the hotel, we went to many quiet and beautiful places. And the facilities are in good quality, very new and clean. The room is warm in the winter. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful, we even got the Christmas gifts from them during our staying. I love the hotel and will come back again.
