Un lloc idíl·lic, on només se senten els ocells i els grills, i per la finestra tens les MILLORS vistes del municipi: les aigües tranquil·les del llac Otis. L'habitació i el bany tenien tot el que necessites (inclòs una gran banyera!). També ens va deixar dos kayaks per a poder fer una volta pel llac. Vam fer servir la cuina per fer-nos el sopar, i la Therese ens va fer l'esmorzar. Ens va demanar si teníem al·lèrgies o si seguíem alguna dieta, i ens va fer esmorzar amb fruites, torrades amb ou (recepta familiar!), bacon, i melmelades casolanes fetes per ella. Vam poder estar xerrant amb ella, que va ser molt pacient amb el nostre nivell de francès. Ens va ajudar a trobar una excursió pel següent dia al parc natural i ens va explicar com anar-hi.

Located at the border of Saguenay Fjord National Park, Grangette Entre Chiens et Loups is a country house that offers mountain scenery and direct access to the nearby woodlands and river. I'm not a dog lover but was attracted by the price, location and great reviews. Incredible place. Very clean for starters - no dog hairs, e.g., on the inside, which I had been a bit worried about. And to my surprise I really loved THESE dogs - magnificent, strong animals but also well-behaved and gentle. They're obviously well-trained and well-treated. I almost didn't go on the morning walk, and that would have been a big mistake - it turned out (like for many people!) to be a highlight of my trip. I'd love to go back in the winter for the sledding. Also, as all reviewers rightly note, the owners are very friendly.

Beautiful Location, Artistic Decor, Cute Little Knicks n Knacks, Beautiful Well Kept Garden, Beautiful Views and Excellent Service. The fall colours just took my breath away......

The staff is very welcoming my girlfriend ot hurt while doing the veloroute des blueuts and the owner kept her in the common area all day while i biked to get to the car and pick her up. The room are really nice the entire house is perfectly clean and for an auberge there is no noise disturbing. Loved if

Situated in Saguenay, 18 km from Palais Municipal Theater, BALCON BLANC - Auberge à Chicoutimi, Saguenay features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. This little place was a hidden gem I am so glad to have discovered in Chicoutimi. After some unfortunate events, I found myself alone in the city without a place to sleep for the night. I was searching for a room available nearby when I came across this quaint and inexpensive advert! When I arrived, it was pretty straight forward and I was able to find my room fairly quickly. The photos do not lie; this place is absolutely adorable, clean, and incredibly well-decorated. I was so impressed by the Balcon Blanc for charging such a reasonable and fair price, for a room and private bathroom which exceeds most chain hotel standards. Absolutely loved my stay and hope to be back soon! Merci Anyssée et Simon :)

Overlooking Lac Vert (Green Lake), this historic Hebertville property was the first presbytery in the Lac-Saint-Jean area. Built in 1917, it features free Wi-Fi and an on-site restaurant and bar. Músic in the dining room was very good. Good breakfast.
