We arrived when they were hosting a private function and that was confusing but the staff member took care of us very quickly and showed us to our room. She promised it would be quiet after they left and by the time we came back from our dinner in town, it was much better.

It certainly doesn’t look like a modern Hampton Inn, but we will prefer this every time. The restaurant food is good and the servers were great fun and very attentive.
