Staff was exceptional & friendly - special thanks to Alex, Emma and Katie (at the pub ). The toiletries need a special mention (the peppermint shampoo!) Location was very convenient, close by to the bus stops for Banff buses, supermarket... Main Street was a 10-15 minute walk and the rocky mountain bagel co right opposite.

The decoration is perfect! The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good. The owner have us a lot of tips.
