The manager and owner of the accommodation was exceptionally helpful and service orientated. We were warmly welcomed and dinner was prepared for us (although we had forgotten to book it). During breakfast and dinner we had very nice conversations with the owner Chimney, which were of great value for the rest of the trip. As an experienced guide from the Chobe region, Chimney was able to give us lots of tips and suggestions. Thanks to his good network, he was also able to spontaneously organise various activities such as a boat trip and a horse riding excursion. I can highly recommend this new accommodation, even if it is in a somewhat rural area. It was perfect for me and my friends as the location allowed us to visit both the north and south of Chobe National Park.

The hotel has one of the most tranquil environments ever. Outstanding gardens, clean pools, clean rooms, air conditioning, the breakfast was an added bonus and you can also order dinner. The host is extremely amazing and kind. You can book a variety of activities through the hotel and they all worth it. The activity guides are well informed and extremely kind.

From the time I made the reservation,they always responded to my questions and were very kind and made me feel at ease. There is a microwave so you can cook your own meals and there is a supermarket nearby. It was so safe that I walked to the restaurant at night. Optional tours can also be ordered at low prices. Anyway,all the stuff here nice very kind. There are some small insects,but there insecticides and mosquito coils available so there is no problem.

Beautiful rooms, new. DSTV did work, previous reviews inaccurate. Staff went above and beyond to keep us happy. The b&b is in a safe area in the residential area.

2 km from Baobab Prison Tree Kasane, Shalakwe Hills-Inn Guesthouse Kasane is a recently renovated property set in Kasane and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Claudia and the team were super kind, responsive and made sure that we had all we needed for our stay. The bedroom and bathroom were sparkly clean. Bed was super comfortable. We had a fridge which was handy with this heat. Very good wifi and yummy breakfast. Highly recommended
