Set in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, the recently renovated Ashram APG offers accommodation 1.5 km from Bus Station of Alto Paraiso de Goias and 35 km from Moon Valley. Ashram far exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Alto Paraíso and Eduardo was an incredible host, making us feel welcome even before we arrived and helping us with everything we needed while we were there (connecting us with guides and suggesting great experiences). The facilities were extremely comfortable and clean.

Villa Candombá is situated in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, within 1.5 km of Bus Station of Alto Paraiso de Goias and 39.6 km of Chapada dos Veadeiros Natural Park. The guest house has family rooms. Very nice the place and the views. Comfortable place.

Offering inner courtyard views, Brisa da Serra Hotel Pousada Pirenopolis is an accommodation set in Pirenópolis, 1.3 km from Cavalhadas Museum and 1.3 km from Nossa Senhora do Rosario Church. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very comfortable. Obviously when driving it is 5minutes from city centre. I am very satisfied with everything that I have experienced. I definitely stay there again and surely highly recommend it.

We loved staying at Free Soul House and extended our stay twice :) It’s like a little paradise escape although you’re in the middle of Alto Paraiso. Definitely the best equipped kitchen we had so far, and most importantly, the best host!! Cris knows about every hike in the area and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Especially if you don’t speak Portuguese like us Cris is the best host possible!

Featuring garden views, Ecopousada Toca do Guará provides accommodation with patio, around 18 km from Moon Valley. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Gorgeous property with incredible views. You are in the middle of the nature and feel like you are in a different world. The private bungalows are amazing and kept so clean with spectacular views! Rodrigo was incredible - he would help us with a plan for everyday and even took us on our first hike. Hes so accommodating and even offered us a free upgrade to a nicer bungalow because it was free. He went above and beyond when my friend needed to join a last minute work conference and provided us with access to another property in sao jorge (the city) for more reliable internet access. Could not recommend this place more! However, the drive in can be tricky so though you don’t need 4 wheel drive if you’re not used to off roading 4 wheel drive would be more beneficial as it’s about 4km on a dirt road to get to the property through jungle with no reception. But totally worth it when you get there! Would 100% go back here and plan to one day! One of my favourite places to stay! Also you have to be ok with insects and nature as it’s a very untouched spot. We loved it and couldn’t rave more about it!
