On working days between 900-1700 you have to pay. Afterwards it's free. Depending on your driving skills you can try to find one on the street where the hotel is located. The facility had new furniture, new bathrooms, AC, and much more. The common terrace was a dream considering that I had travel with by brother and his wife. We could drink smoke and have fun all that while having a marvelous view.
