All units are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, a hair dryer and a wardrobe. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in each unit. At the guest house, units include bed linen and towels. The location is great, with a wonderful view of the sea and the buildings on the coast of the sea. The closest beach is 1-2 minutes walking and there is also a big supermarket (Lidl) just 5-7 min walking. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt very well, even if the weather outside was not great. Restaurants and city center were also very close (with car it was like 5-7 min and one day we walked approx. 35 min). It was also good to have parking in front of the building. It is clear a place we would return.

The whole villa is well designed in a manner that you wouldn't want to go outside of it or inside the city. That being said the location is superb next to two of main beaches of Sozopol and at the same time not in the mainstream of people.

Amazing breakfast, great variety and fresh! This family hotel makes me feel HOME! I would like to thank all staff for excellent service. They are all caring and helpful! Furthermore, rooms are well equipped and VERY CLEAN! Daily cleaning, fresh sheets and soft towels! Used the pool once, well maintained with very pretty green area and flowers! I felt at home at this place and the staff was always smiling and very kind! The location of the hotel is great because it it far from all the noise, and I was really able to enjoy my vacation! I will be back at my favorite spot in Sozopol!!!
