The outside garden is also very, very nice - we visited in November so it was a bit colder to sit outside but we cannot wait to go back during the summer!

The hotel is very nice, quiet and comfortable with beautiful view to the forest surrounding Koprivshtitsa. The owners were very polite and helpful with everything. Definitely recommend the hotel - great place for rest in this historical city.

The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The Mehana is a great addition to the place, especially when you stay there with a big group of people. We had our morning coffee and breakfasts there.

Situated within a 6-minute walk of Todor Kableshkov Memorial House in Koprivshtitsa, Once upon a time features barbecue facilities and a garden, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Look no further. If it is available, book it. This is an exceptional place. Exceeds all expectations. The staff is very friendly and quick to help with anything you might need for a perfect stay. Comfortable and large rooms. Will definitely visit again.

The room was immaculate and the gardens were lovely to relax in. The area is quiet and relaxing. You can make tea and coffee in the reception and there is lots of seating outside to enjoy. You can park your car for free on the road outside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The host is lovely, we merely parked and he approached us introducing himself. The parking is not in the guest house's area, but it's easy and comfortable and right outside. Lovely room in an old house, the bathroom is typically Bulgarian but clean and perfectly fine. Good selection of channels on TV.
