Kapana is a nice neighborhood and very close to the old town. the hotel is in its calm area, allowing for a good night sleep. the bonus is that you can have a parking for your car for 15 BGN extra- so you dont worry to search for paid parking nearby. However, please let the hotel know at the time of the booking that you need parking, so they can plan the ammount of cars, i believe 4-5 cars is the maximum they can get. Ideally set right in the centre of Plovdiv, Evelin Deluxe House is a recently renovated guest house, featuring free WiFi and private parking. The small hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the Roman stadium and the Djumaya Mosque on a quiet back street. If you arrive by car you can park in front of the hotel (they have their own parking spots). Furniture and fittings are new and good quality, rooms are a good size (we had the room with the balcony). There is a minibar and a water kettle and you can get an espresso from the reception desk in the morning. Staff are really nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
