This is a small spa hotel with very helpful staff. It is a newly constructed building of very high quality, well maintained and ensures privacy for every guest. The room was spacious and had a nice porch, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast that changes daily and the entire property is very clean. The sauna and steam were a real treat, I found it had everything I needed to properly relax. The location is on a hill above the downtown, about 10 minutes walk into town. I enjoyed the fridge by the front desk stocked with reasonable priced beverages. Definitely recommended!

Location is perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The host is welcoming and professional and ensured our stay albeit short has been to our satisfaction. Breakfast in the outdoor restaurant was also very good. Great value for the money! Will visit again next time we’re in Velingrad.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Velingrad, Terra Guest House is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. Great stay with a great host. She even helped to organise a thermal spa visit. Would definitely stay again.
