The facilities in the room are 5 star and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. Perfect location for all the sights on Phillip Island including The nightly penguin parade.

Bernie is an exceptional Hostess. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. 2 min to the penguins parade, close to Cowes and easy access to the Phillip Island Moto GP Circuit. Situated within 200 metres of Erehwon Point Beach and 400 metres of Cowes Beach in Cowes, Genesta House provides accommodation with seating area. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.
