The location is very easy to find and is very accessible by public transport (tram/train) as there is a tram station outside the hotel. The communication with the host was perfect. The hotel had construction outside but it did not impact us at all as we couldnt hear any of it. The instructions on how to get into hotel were very easy.

The property is close to Vienna City Hall, Vienna State Opera and Albertina Museum. The property is 600 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from St. Stephen's Cathedral. Was a great location, and, very clean.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host is really helpful and friendly. She gave us a lot of information about the city. The room gets cleaned everyday like in a hotel, plus new towels are nice to have as well. I would highly recommend this place

A very clean and large room very close to a metro station for easy access to the centre, which is only a couple of metro stops away. Grocery shops and food kiosks are close by. In the common kitchen there is tea and coffee and a fridge. The host is very friendly.
