The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.

Good vibes in this place, quiet and far from the city center. Good place to meet other people: it has 4 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and kitchen (well equipped). We were 3 friends and we stayed in the pink room which is spatious and equipped with a little table where you can eat. We could sleep very well even if the beds have broken springs.
Very authentic-feeling place not too far from the city center, and a 5 minute walk from the closest bus stop. Norik was very kind and helpful, the room beautiful and quiet, lovely atmosphere in overall.
It was very comfortable and quiet place not far from the city center. Aman was very nice and helpful person and as he was usually playing board games with his friends in a small hut next to the apartment, we never had to wait when we needed something. A huge benefit was a kitchen as we bought a fresh Sevan troud along with seasonal vegetable and made ourselves a perfect (and very cheap) dinner.

Rosa is a super host and her house is one of the loveliest in Armenia! The garden is beautiful and from our room we had Sevan lake view! Rosa's home made ricotta at breakfast was the most delicious ever! We shared the common space upstairs with two other rooms and enjoyed to drink tea together. The village is small and quiet. Ideal if you want a few days of rest away from the summer crowds :)
Host hospitality were fantastic to organize taxi ride & social meetings to integrate us as travelers. The place around is quiet and calm, pleasant walk to the public beach nearby. Good privacy between beds. Local Store owned by the host to buy ingredients for breakfast or dinner.
This is a lovely hostel based on the top floor of a two story house. The whole area is for guests. It has the best equipped kitchen I've seen for a long time. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen . It's very quiet. There is a rustic balcony. I got lost coming here ( my fault) and the lovely people came and found me.
I loved the place! The hosts were warm, kind and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse. Nice views and very clean. Warmly recommend, would come again absolutely!
