The whole trip was amazing and everything due to the amazing planning skills of the host Isabel. She helped us months in advance with booking everything for the tours, transfers and safaris that we wanted. With her help we were also able to order food which we prefered.
Everything was very tidy and cozy, and the garden and pool is beautiful as well. It is a very nice place to stay in. Definitelly recommend to everybody.

I was received on arrival by owner Bryan, I wanted to have a braai and went quickly to shops which is really close. He even assist me with some cutlery.. breakfast was very cool and so was the fish ponds

After a hectic 2 weeks of travel through South Africa we found the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ilara was the perfect hostess and we combined our stay with a pamper day at Summerfield and a Panorama Route excursion. The meals at Plumbago are 5 star and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the room is air conditioned, we were late for dinner but the staff were able to prepare dinner and brought it to our room. The place is quiet and they do daily housekeeping. Their burgers are nice !

The area is located outside the city noise. It's very quiet and peaceful. The unit we booked was a semi-self catering and had no stove. We used microwave to make breakfast, however breakfast and supper is available at the property(extra cost).
Friendly host and staff. It's also close to other activities like quad biking, archery, paintball etc and Hazyview Junction (less than 9km) which has checkers, clothing stores and restaurants for those who wanna dine out
Why book an expensive hotel when you can have a budget guest house which is a mini hotel.
The curtains are perfect, they allow you to rest without being awakened with the morning sun.
The bedding was crispy clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good, cooked to perfection and adequate.
The host was very friendly and informed us about the place which police frequent to avoid getting speeding tickets, and to travel safely for there will be many drunk drivers.
The location is perfect and in a quiet neighbourhood.
Really good breakfast & portion. Peaceful, quiet, and quaint stay. The road is a little jank from town, but town is still very close by, <15 minutes. Hosts were pleasant and had much stories and advice to share. Would for sure stay again!
