Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
As always Joceline and her staff were welcoming and accommodating. I was travelling late and Joceline organised my dinner to be delivered to my room. Lovely spot, comfortable and quiet.
I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of everyone who works at this guest house. They really make sure your experience is exactly what you want, and they didn't disappoint when I asked for something special for Mother's Day. It's great service!
The guesthouse was such a disappointment and very outdated. The host was very friendly though, pity his place doesn't match his personality. Incredible views on the patio, but the inside is terrible.
Very gracious and welcoming host made our check-in seamless. The room was clean and well-kept, and the amenities provided were good. Beautiful gardens and views of Eshowe.
Stayed for one night to break up the drive between St. Lucia and Drakensberg Gardens, and to visit the Dlinza Forest. Since I was not golfing, for one night, the estate was quiet and relaxing, a great location for what i needed. The room was comfortable. The staff were lovely. The food on offer was very good, too, especially the pork chops!
If you're a golfer, the course looks like a lot of fun.
