Anything good about the venue is unfortunately completely ruined by the bad. I just wouldn't return because of the bad, so I don't see any point in mentioning the adequate.

The facilities are gorgeous and the host and staff amazingly friendly. Even if short, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Great location, close enough to the airport and amazing place for families with children.

We felt very welcome. Olga met us late in the evening when we arrived to welcome us and was really helpful for us in our plan for visiting Capetown. The guest house is in a nice, quiet and save neigborhood, has a nice garden and the room and breakfast were great. The location is ca 30 minutes the airport and from the city center which was for us a good location for our trips.
We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Rose Cottage. The room was spotless and clean, very comfortable. Marianne is a great host, we really appreciated the extras, milk, tea, coffee, rusks, fresh fruit and water. She is really thoughtful(with all of the extras). Helpful when we needed anything. Strong WiFi connection. We will definitely recommend this Cottage.
Marion the host was extremely warm and welcoming and really made my short stay very pleasant. She was lovely to chat to.
It is obvious the the quaint and rustic facilities are in need of an upgrade and look half finished but it is still a charming place.
I had expected it to be a noisy area but it was actually really quiet.
The breakfast which Marion cooked herself was excellent!
