The owner is super welcoming and as soon as we checked in she gave us a map and provided a complete overview of the tourist hotspots and attractions of HCMC, suggesting restaurants and local markets, and she promptly answered every question we asked. The location of the property is super central and most things are at walking distance. Rooms were cozy and super clean. Loved this stay, great value for money.

Amazing place to stay in a quiet alley but close to District 1 action. Beds were amazingly comfortable and quiet. The staff was super kind, breakfast was good. Towels are changed every day.

Everything was fine except for the fact that the accommodation does not have rooms with 3 beds. While we were assured that an arrangement would be made so that our daughter could sleep in the same room, the arrangement involved rolling out a thick quilt on the floor! Otherwise gd residential and quiet location. Hosts are kind and gave us fruit every day. Recommended for two people.

This place always exceeds our expectations, every time we go. To be honest I don't think it is in a great location for a vacation stay, but I would think this place is the most relaxing hotel around. It is definitely worth the travel form this place to other sites, if you plan to go somewhere in Binh Duong. My wife and I liked the bar especially.
