First of all, I really liked the manager, Ha! She was incredibly accommodating from the start, maintaining great communication via WhatsApp and even helping with heavy luggage. She kindly allowed me to check in early at 5:30 AM since a room was available—thank you, Ha! She was also a great help in booking a motorcycle and recommending places to eat. The salt cream coffee was the best I've had, not just in the hotel but throughout my entire trip in Vietnam—so good! The breakfast options were acceptable, with choices like pancakes, bread, noodles with egg, and French toast, all served with coffee. The room was excellent, offering a good view, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. The AC worked well, and the toiletries were well provided. The wooden floor and ceiling added a nice touch, and drinking water was readily available. The hotel itself is spacious, with plenty of seating and a very Instagrammable aesthetic. The family and staff were also hospitable.

My younger brother enjoys trekking, so I chose to stay in the Ta Van area. Booking.com recommended Sapa Eco Bungalows & Spa with a good deal on the day I needed to book. The room was decent, and its location, not too close to the city center, provided a quiet and comfortable environment. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to the host for recommending many places to buy Sapa's specialties. The wild boar jerky was truly unique.

very nice hotel, a bit away from the city centre, thus, rather quiet. We had a large room with a great view towards the mountains. Great hospitality, friendly host (using google translate), and a nice small breakfast.

This hostel is absolutely amazing! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heated mattress, tea and kettle in the rooms, shampoo, soap, everything. Great location in the centre so you have everything on hand yet quiet at night. The manager is so welcoming and hospitable. Such a kind person. The laundry smells so nice and takes only few hours to get it done. Absolutely recommend!

Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.

Great Hotel and Sapa Experience Really aptly named - Central and Charming. The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to major attractions in Sapa. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with everything you need. The host, Eric, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Sapa, using his local knowledge to give good recommendations. He even extended this into the continuation of our travels and helped us in our next destination.
