Location: not in the downtown, in the middle of the mountain, near the local village; quiet, calm, good to enjoy the nature of the area, and great to be relax. If you drive a bike no issue on the location. 15 min from the airport & 10~15 min downtown by bike. There is no convenient store near here but it is fine to go down town to buy food/snacks.
Facility: a room is huge enough for two people. We, 4 family members - my husband and I and two young kids stayed at one room. Two QUEEN beds are enough for us. The basic facility is not fancy as like the expensive resort one but considering the room charge, the quality over all is very nice and happy to stay here. The staffs are very kind! One air conditioner is built in the room but we did not turn on it as the place is naturally cool enough in the morning and night. During the day time, if feel hot, good to enjoy the pool in the hotel. There is no bath tub, only is a shower tool in the bathroom.
Food: the breakfast service is not included but you can order some food as a room service. The food cost is not expensive and it is okay to try when you do not want to go outside for eating.

Lovely family-run business, with friendly attentive staff.
Location is in a small street off the main road, so no traffic noise, and the street leads out the other end onto the beach.
Rooms are through the restaurant out the back, and are cosy, quiet, and clean.
Very nicely managed, the owners are helpful and informative, they provide a laundry service and rent scooters, and the restaurant is a particular bonus, the food is very good and reasonably priced.
After seeing the rest of the island, we really felt we'd gotten lucky and found a little gem.

We loved staying here. Dat and his family were so welcoming and very kind! Dat was incredibly helpful providing us with useful information about Phu Quoc and sites to visit. He also educated us on local economics, which was very interesting. The room was immaculate, comfy mattress and amazing Aircon. We booked for a night and stayed for 3 as we didn't want to leave.

Great location not far from Long Beach. The owner and the lady who runs it are so lovely. Lots of restaurants nearby. The main road is about 10 mins walk away and on there you can find the places where the locals eat - super cheap and delicious! Also, one of the free buses, called Vinbus, that go round the whole island stops on this main road.
There are a few communal areas to meet people and hang out if you choose. Very quiet at night.
Location was best for my family. It was close to the beach (not crowded part), quiet and was not crowded. Drinks were cheaper than others in the Grand World. Host was helpful and friendly.

The guy in the reception and the housekeeping and helping out guy was both amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a newly developed area which is practically a ghost town but for me this was perfect. Beautiful beach literally 10 meters from the hotel. Simple and cheap food is available at the next door hotel, the sailing club has a great pool and really good food. Cleac, quiet and beautiful beach. Free bus to town every day all day.
Everything was more than perfect. The room was really big and clean, they even cleaned it daily. The laundry is free. Coffee and tea free. Quiet atmosphere.The best part was the swimming pool and the chance to use the kitchen. The location is great:
Near the hotel there is a big supermarket. There is also a free bus to/from the airport (bus 17), and you can use this bus also to go to the city center (night market, grandworld or cheaper restaurants). The girls working there are all super nice!
Lovely guesthouse in Ong Lang village. Quiet clean room with great breakfast included. Must try their Pho! Good family restaurant at property. A lot of fresh produce from their garden. The bungalow & gardens are great! Lovely, friendly hosts very helpful with travel plans.
Great localization, in the city center, just near the night market, however place is hide from main street, so it's calm and quiet, and you can feel like locals;)

The hosts are great, kind, and are explaining everything with excellent english. They can arrange motorcycle, or even invite for local dinner! I hope to visit again at all.
