Lovely homestay, good localisation. Our bedroom was big and clean, very nice. Bed was also confortable. The host is just amazing and so lovely! You can sort all your life here, we did laundry and rent a bicycle at the homestay, both were great. You also can rent a bike, and sorry your bus/train trips to other places. Breakfeast is really good too. Highly recommend

The manager was phenomenal - she was so kind and considerate. I arrived during a rainstorm and she brought dinner to my room free of charge. We had limited english to understand each other, but she made sure I was covering the local attractions and even provided a takeaway breakfast when I was leaving very early in the morning.
Location is perfect in Tam Coc - very tranquil by the lake surrounded by cafes and a few minutes walk to the main street.

Great location just off the Main Street but still quiet
Lovely pool and the rooms were really comfortable and spacious.
The best part of our stay was our host. She was fantastic, allowing us to chill around the pool the day of check out and even providing us free juice and fruit in the heat!
We were able to rent mopeds and organised our bus back to Hanoi with her also.

Thom’s house is located in a quiet street of Ninh Binh but you will reach the main street in a few minutes. It allows for quiet nights.
The place is really lovely : the garden is beautiful and carefully looked after. The room we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated.
Dinh and his mom are great hosts who will make you feel warmly welcomed.

We loved this guest house. In a quiet corner, 2 mins from the main town, beautiful and immaculately clean rooms with a fantastic pool. Bikes to borrow for free and cheap scooter rental. Friendly and helpful staff too. Perfect!
If you are looking for a resort near the city center, this place is not suitable. It is very quiet and far from the city center. The rooms here are basically decorated, not luxurious, with cheap rates, and the staff are friendly.
Great location! Close to many shops and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. There’s a beautiful garden, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hosts were lovely! We ended up extending our stay as it was the perfect spot to recharge a bit during our travels.

The Homestay is in a great location down a lane from the main street and bus station so close to the bars and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and offer a great breakfast in the mornings with a choice of food and drink from a menu and also fresh fruit. The pool was lovely and the area is nice and quiet despite being so close to the main strip.
We really enjoyed our time here and it was a pleasure to meet such a lovely family.
Location is amazing, near the mountains, peaceful, quiet.
Hosts are really kind, all the family. The welcome is with a really good ginger tea, for the dinner you can choose whatever you want from their menu, meal is real cheap and tasteful. For the lunch they prepare for us fresh fruits, smoothie, coffee or tea and 1 of the option for the breakfast.

great location few steps from town center, yet in a quiet side road. spotlessly clean room, tv with Netflix (own account usage), very friendly hosts who don’t speak English well but try their best. good bikes provided for 20k vnd/day. rich breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. would come again!
