I liked the homey vibes. The host was really helpful in our tours especially booking private transfer from airport to other nearby provinces and recommended other places to visit. The heat pad in the bed was an added bonus. It was only in one room. The rooms were spacious enough than hotels and the price was right. The homestay was uphill and just a walk from the sapa station. Our stay was splendid!

My wife and I spent a night there, very welcoming and lovely family, they speak fluent English so that’s a bonus, close to the center, but far enough to be quiet

The room was spacious for the price I paid, didn’t expect. It was clean and cleaned everyday. The care taker is nice and friendly. I love everything. I would stay here again if I come back to Sa Pa

The room is very nice and clean, location is good not far from the center but also quiet location. What I didn’t like much is the language barrier and the communication between the early check in, and the hot water wasn’t working cause apparently there’s a switch that needed to be turned on but it was not properly said. Overall I can recommend the place, just be more patient. Its self operated so a little difficult if you don’t know which one is it lol
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Very friendly family. In our experience one of the best things about travelling in Vietnam is that you can get such a variety of experiences, each town has a different appeal/ interest. Our hosts were very friendly and open. They treated us like family and our kids played with their children the whole time. This stay was a highlight because we really got to spend time with a Vietnamese family.
Super friendly hosts. Comfortable bed, modern bed linen, nice balcony. Perfect quiet location with great vegan restaurants nearby.
We were allowed to use the kitchen.
Cute cats in the garden.
Everything is good. Price is cheap. Location is in the city center, close to the border with China, so I could easily walk there. Standard for this price is much higher compared to Chinese hostels in similar prices (especially much cleaner). The lady in the reception speaks English.
The rooms are very comfortable and the homestay is very nice. The host doesn't know English but we "talked" by Google translate. He is very kind and helpful and I strongly recommend it. If you are at Bac Ha on Saturday evening to see the party of the village waiting the Sunday market you don't regret it. I also recommend to have dinner at Nobita Homestay: it's cheap, abundant and very tasty.
Very cheaper here!!
The dinner is very typical, the food is delicious and the stories are very interesting about the traditional culture of the Hmong.
The view is very nice and quiet.
