4 bed dorm room in the back is spacious and quiet. Big area to lounge from benches to chairs and poolside and more. I was able to use the kitchen for cutting my own fruit. Cooking your own food costs money. Free drinking water!

The place is gorgeous, the room was very large, well decorated and lovely and clean. The gardens outside were very beautiful and the location was quiet.
There are even a few cats that live outside who are very friendly.

Great location, friendly staff,even though they did not speak english and our Viatnamese is lacking we all coped. The rooms where large clean a comfortable. The pool was a bonus, as was the use of bicycles to get into Hoi An. Great place to stay.

I really like this place. First of all, the staff and the owner are extremely cute, the rooms are very spacious, new and clean, if you want to have a BBQ party they will prepare the oven and everything for you. The swimming pool and view are very nice, next to it there is a very chill bar and they sell basic wines. The breakfast is very fresh and delicious, you can order from the menu, they have free bicycles for you to go to the beach in just 5 minutes and the old town in 20 minutes, you can also book a grab or ask them to call a taxi to the old town in just 10 minutes, everything here is very convenient and easy, they always support you 24 hours, next time I will definitely come back, thank you very much

A wonderful stay! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay with them during our visit to Hoi An! The hotel is just a short walk or drive from the historic city center, and bicycles are available at the property. We'd gladly stay again, and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful, spacious room which was very quiet. The room opened up on to the gorgeous pool. The lady that makes breakfast is lovely, as is the host. The bathroom is very nice too.. loved that there was a bathtub even though we did not have time to use it. And great location between the beach and Hoi An old town. We rented a scooter through the property. Would def recommend!

Spacious studio appartment w. terrace, very good aircon, free bicyles in a quiet neighborhood but very close to old town. Vy was a great host, very responsive and flexible as regards to check-out time. She organized airport/station transfer which was great and actually cheaper than Grab taxi. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy to get to all the shops and the Ancient City. About 2 doors down from ancient house historic building. Our hosts were very helpful and even did our laundry for us. Much quieter than busy centres like Saigon. Very cheap to venture out further when using Grab rides.

Great location down a quiet neighbourhood alley, just off a main drag. Surrounded by delicious street food and coffee stalls. 10 -15 minutes walk to the river.
Sophia is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a perfect stay. We had a very clean room with a balcony. The homestay is in a quiet neighborhood and we could walk to the old quarter. It was a perfect place to come back to in the evening. We also rented a motorbike to go to the beach and to the city center (but you can also rent a bicycle).
