The hotel is in a fantastic location with superb view of Ha Long bay and close to all the bars and restaurants. The rooms are big and have all the facilities that you need. The hosts Joy and family are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need. Overall we had a great time. Totally reccomend it.

The swimming pool was clean, but I preferred the beach.

The cruise is extremely clean and quite spacious. Tim was an extremely great host. Sometimes funny not always. Just kidding , he is a genuine hard working guy who takes care of everyone and everything. Dustin the owner of the ship , he’s a great guy. Hospitality is not overlooked at all.
The pick up and drop off at our Hanoi hotel was great. Loads of activities to do included Kayaking, hiking and biking, we were never bored. Louis was a great host and really looked after us. Plenty of food to eat. The boat docked in a quiet place and felt like we had the bay to ourselves, away from other boats. Room was a decent size. Vegetarians were taken care of. Towels were provided for the beach time.
Great host, woke up in te middle of the night to check us in. The place is decent, and we needed it just to rest from 3am to 10am, so perfect for that amount of time. Clean and very very quiet.
