Clean and friendly staff! Spacious room and you have your own ensuite with a nice shower. My room was next to a cute balcony full of plants :D The location was very good. I was able to walk to restaurants and the dragon bridge, which was visible from that balcony.

The Homestay isn't located where most hotels/hostels are at the busy streets. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but on the back of a grab you're almost everywhere in the city within 10-20 mins. The room was absolutely stunning and perfect to relax in after a long day outside of exploring the city and beaches. I was there during summer, so when I came back in the evening the room was super hot but you have a ventilator and an air conditioner so the room cools down within few minutes. M favourite thing about my room was that around sunset you'd get an amazing light in your room and it was absolutely perfect for reading my book. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back, if I return to Da Nang someday. Highly recommend!

It's in a nice quiet part of the city but it is easy and cheap to hire a scooter from here to go anywhere. Our room was nice and tidy with plenty of space and the common area was a nice spot to chill and chat to others. The host, Lu, is one of the best hosts we had at any homestay. She is very nice and helpful and the way she brings everyone together for homecooked meals or to a local restaurant for dinner is really nice.
Highly recommend. The room is well-furnished, well-equipped and cleaned everyday. An open kitchen, a sofa and a table satisfy our needs (making some drinks, home office, etc.) during the short stay.

Host is very helpful and always ready to help in any of your enquiries or info. The room is clean with all the basic amenities. We will stay there again if available for sure and value for money!.
Great location, clean and nice smelling facilities, buffet breakfast, attentive staff and overall a top-notch place to stay in Da Nang. With all this in mind, Golden Lotus is well worth the buck and price-to-quality ratio wise offers far more than your cheaper, low-end hostels or big, international 5* chains. I would certainly recommend staying here and I myself intend to return to Da Nang and stay again at the Golden Lotus in the future.
