The staff were quite fantastic and could not have been more helpful. The 1860 building and grounds delightful and much history associated with the building. Very quiet yet located on main shopping street v central.
I was lent a kettle which I really appreciate for making tea.the open fire at breakfast a pleasure too.

Delightfull hoste William, speaks excellent English and is super helpfu. Took me to the bus depot and is going to help me get to Concordia as buses are infrequent and boats no longer run.
The staff was extremely friendly and ready to answer all my questions. The hotel is quiet although it's in the centre of the town. Some interesting sights are only a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered lots of delicious things, especially the orange cake. Buses run frequently to the spas nearby.
