Really superb location and excellent price. Room and facilities are relatively basic but if you don't mind that and are on a budget then this is an excellent choice.
Check-in is done remotely and no check-in staff on site but we arrived early and one of the cleaners was really helpful in letting us leave our bags safely until check-in time.

The host, Sharon, was really accommodating to meet demands of my family even though they were not mentioned before when I made the booking and she made sure that the stay was perfect for a family (even at 12 midnight).
About the location: You need an Uber, which costs around 12 dollars(if u r with a family) or a bus to catch train to nyc from Penn Station of Newark for daily commute. Walk at odd hours to commute not recommended.
Cost: Worth it if you r on a budget for a short trip.
