The flat was wonderful! It was bright, cheery, and comfortable. It felt brand new, updated, and well-designed. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal if you desired. The walk-in shower was luxurious—it had a rainfall showerhead and it was spacious! Most of all, the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
I am a single female traveler so it’s important to be in a safe neighborhood, which this was. I use public transportation when I travel and this flat was on a major Metro line. A ride on the Metro to the nation’s capital and Mall area, was less than 30 minutes, even during peak travel time. The flat was also within a 3-4 minute walk of a metro station as well as a Lidl, Target, and other retail stores. I highly recommend this wonderful luxury suite. It was wonderful!

I liked staying in the basement of this family's home close to Washington D.C. at a reasonable price. The space was comfortable, well planned and takes its guests' needs into account. The host responded quickly with clear communication. Once the neighbourhood settles for the night, it is a very quiet place to sleep!

The property is a beautiful little apartment. The place is self catering, with a small bit well appointed kitchen, where it was easy to cook. There is a large living area, and a good internet connection. Bedroom was small but bed was comfortable, and there was a sizable closet. Washer/dryer available, though we did not use it. A beautiful outdoor area overlooking a small pond was lovely as well. A great value for the money!

The cost was very reasonable. There was a nice living room with a television to watch the news. I could keep some food in the refrigerator. I used the outdoor patio in the evening. It was a short bus ride away to the Silver Springs Metro Station and then onto Washington DC.

Great hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk from Union Station and 2 minutes from the metro. Food options nearby and they were fine with us eatingin the lobby spaces. Really helpful staff. Great atmosphere and spaces. Not a big room but well designed, quiet and comfortable. We've booked another stay when we return ti Washington and got it much cheaper booking further in advance.
The guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes walk to the metro and near to a bus stop that has access to the city center, which is quite convenient. It is clean and comfy. The host Az was very responsive and helpful!

The 2 bedrooms appartment is modern, well equiped, but there is 0 service during the stay (no daily cleaning, no new towels... if you request something, you need to call). The plus: a nice terrace on the 11th floor to enjoy the sun and a drink
