The house was very cozy for my family of 5. We were in town for my cousin's graduation from the University of Tampa so it was the perfect location due to the short distance. The house was clean, well organized, and the host was easy to get in touch with. The house looks exactly like the pictures.

The place was very clean and met our expectations !!! The staff was awesome we got to our place late didn’t have a car until the next day we asked if he would do us a favor and take us to get some dinner, and he did. Due to hurricane it was a mess to get a car that’s why we couldn’t get one till the following morning . Thank you Derrick you were awesome and thanks again for all your help YOU ROCK !!!!

The guesthouse is perfect! Very private and has everything you need for a fun few days. There is a fridge, toaster and coffee maker. You can reach the bed upstairs via a ladder. The bus stop is only a 3 minute walk from there, so you don't have to take the car downtown if you are planning on going out. The host was very communicative and shared the code for the door, the directions and the wifi password. Very friendly.
Great little apartment in nice and quiet street. Great location, public transport just around the corner and just a short walk to a beautiful park by the river and the riverwalk. Also the Amalie arena is quite close
