Casa Tranquility, hotel in San Diego

Situated in San Diego, 3.4 km from San Diego State University and 9.3 km from San Diego Zoo, Casa Tranquility features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi.

The attention to details is exceptional: the house is immaculately clean, everything you could need has been resolved and thought about and the landlords have gone out of their way to include some goodies such as a breakfast and drinks for the first day, which were very much appreciated (as one arrives tired). The landlords were very attentive to all our requests and made us feel very welcome. The spaces are completely separated from the main house and it was very private. The garden is an increadible oasis, which linked to the great SD weather made it a lovely place to stay.

It is a cosy, self-contained cottage. Everything was complete, especially the seasonings in the kitchen. We cooked two meals by ourselves, which was great!

Garden House, hotel in San Diego

Situated in San Diego, Garden House features garden views and free WiFi, 14 km from Torrey Pines State Reserve and 14 km from University of San Diego.

The garden is really a great place for sitting, dining and having a good time outside. There is space for 8 at the table. There is light in the evening and even a small waterfall. The area is calm and peaceful. Note that the garden is the garden of the main house and you may cross the owners for a nice chat or when they have their barbecue... The location is easy access from principal roads and 15-20 min drive to most locations of interest in the San Diego area. Trolley station is not too far away (5 min by taxi ). Uber is working well. Close to university city.

We had a great experience at the Emerald Guest House. The house is very clean, very well-equipped with nice furniture, and safe. The location is perfect ; 10 mins from San Diego city center, 15 mins from the airport. Joe is a great host; all the instructions for the self check-in and check-out were very clear and Joe is quick to respond and very nice. We highly recommend this place; it’s definitely one of the best we’ve been to.

Amazing property in a great location. Just short drive to downtown San Diego, Seaworld, Mission Beach, Coronado Island, etc. Host very responsive to any questions asked prior to arrival and checked all was ok during our stay. The house is on a quiet street with a great park across the road. Very clean, good downstairs communal space. Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. Bedrooms are all good size. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Great outdoor space with a lovely pool and seating area. Highly recommend this house.

The house is in a great neighborhood close off of the highway, but the neighborhood itself seemed quiet and safe. The first night we had trouble finding parking due to street construction, but our host helped us with that and the other days there was plenty of parking. Everything is very well thought out in the studio with a very charming theme and thoughtful amenities.

the cottages are very sweet! Perfect for spending lots of time of time or short time! We got an upgrade because our room wasn’t ready to host us, so we had a great time! People at the reception were friendly and kind! Definitely suggested! Great location, very quiet and closed by pretty much everything!

The staff is amazing!! So welcoming and had patient to answer all of my questions, they were so helpful, thank you so much! Also, I felt really safe as a woman travel alone. It feels like they care, there are quiet hours, there are separated bathrooms and keys for the dorms room so nobody except of your roommates can get in. You can lock the bathroom too. The kitchen is great too and the general atmosphere is wonderful, Wifi is working, great hostel!!!!!

Probably the cleanest, most comfortable and most well equipped hostel I've stayed in. Great location as well, close to the action downtown but still in a quiet area.
