Beautiful hotel with a lot of history, extremely well kept and charming. Loved our big junior suite with the huge beds. Had an excellent stay and will , definitely try other Graduate hotels!

A comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious room within a home. I met the host Rubin only when checking in and checking out. I shared a downstairs bathroom with another set of guests but I didn't see them once so that was no problem. The room was large and also included an excellent array of toiletries and some snacks. Room contained a bar fridge. Everything was very clean and very comfy. There was a fairly direct bus route right into the middle of downtown which was very handy for connecting to get to other locations.

Great location downtown Providence and it was pretty much the cheapest room in the area. Furniture was a big old, but everything was spot clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast was simple but functional. It was serve 6-10am which was great. Stored my bag before checkin and after checkout. Staff was really friendly.

Very quaint and comfortable guest house at a superb price. The period furnished common room is a delight, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

The location was great for us and the room was a very high standard with many little touches such as a heated toilet seat and Dyson hairdryer which made it stand out from the rest. The bed was really comfortable and the climate control in the room easy to use and not too noisy. We loved the rooftop bar too! A charming boutique hotel which we loved!

Very central location, many restaurants easily accessible by walking. Elvis is a very friendly host, always happy to help. The place is super quiet and the common areas are very clean, independent of the time of the day or night. I would always book this place again for another visit. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk away from Elvis' house if you want to explore Rhode Island.
