It might be the best hostel I have ever stay. The hostel located in a quiet and beautiful area of Portland. The house is a historic building full of story but they really make it very comfortable inside. Lots of public place in the hostel. You can have social chance or stay alone. Staff here absolutely friendly and helpful. The activities are all good. Nothing could be complain here. I would comeback once I visit Portland again.

Very friendly staff and the guest were friendly too. We got a good breakfast recommendation only 3 blocks away. It was a bit noise when walking in - my room, however, was quiet. For parking: there is a smart-park garage only 1 block away and much cheaper than the offer by the hotel.

A wonderful 2 night stay at this quiet motel just outside the city centre. Huge room, warm shower, comfy bed and cable TV. Nothing overly fancy - for anyone from the UK it’s like staying at a Premier Inn. Would stay again!

Loved our stay. Welcoming, clean, quiet, no crazy guests, cheap parking for 3 days, everything we needed was there. Easy leafy neighborhood location just off the highway and once parked we walked everywhere. Best bagels I’ve had in ages, great coffee, tea, food, live music, walking tours, close to everything we wanted to see. Bathroom was shared but spotless, with lots of hot water, no lineups in our guest house. They deserve their place in the best of the best of hostels worldwide. Not your mamas noisy, drafty, messy hostel of decades ago.

Great location right next to a bus stop with a direct connection to the city center. The best donut shop in the city and other restaurants and bars are nearby. Very nice and modern renovated room, refrigerator, quiet air conditioning, microwave oven, comfortable bed, daily cleaning. The room was very quiet, nothing could be heard from neighboring rooms or from outside. Friendly staff. Hassle-free free parking. The price vs. quality ratio is great.
