Probably the best place to bee in New Smyrna Beach! Charming and very clean rooms with all you need. A fridge in the hallway where you may put some small things. 5 minutes walk to the beach, good restaurnats in the vicinity. Privat parking behind the house. The breakfast was great and the host is just overwhelmingly charming!

This was a quaint. well run B&B. You have your own private bathroom, easy, assigned close parking. Doors are locked for added security with a key code access. A very charming breakfast is served if you sign up. Every little details is thought of and comes clear in your room. This is located right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. We would stay again for sure.
Check-in was made super easy by the host, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. Communication with her was easy. The property has an excellent location - quick walk to the beach or Publix, 20 min walk to Flagler. It was tidy, quiet, had good AC, and had a pretty well-equipped kitchen, including coffee maker. It was an added bonus to have beach towels provided for our use. Overall, great place to stay!
The location was great for the historic part of town, also the waterfront and lovely restaurants. Tommy, the owner, was a great host and made helpful suggestions for places to visit. He also cooked a homemade breakfast each morning, which was delicious.
Super equipped apartment serviced by a great host. have not felt at home that much for a long time!
