I loved how comfortable the studio was. Despite it being small, it had everything I needed and enough space to move around. The kitchen is super functional, and though invisible there is enough storage space, which is convenient if you're staying a bit longer. It was very neat and clean. I was also able to comfortably work online - the internet was reliable. Note that there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. Huge thank you to the host for her quick and ongoing responsiveness and kindness.

Sparkling clean, thoughtful details, abundance of kitchen, bathroom, beach equipment. Loved the backyard, beautifully decorated. Felt right at home. Located very conveniently, 15 min to the beach and all main grocery stores just 3 min away. It is a safe area. Also the property felt private, quiet.

The place was really clean, quiet, and comfortable to stay. I had my own bathroom, small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave. In 5 min drive, you can go to restaurants and supermarket. It’s a great place to stay for long period for sure. The patio and backyard were my favorite. They had 2 big TVs and nice bar style tables. At night, the place was light up and it was very nice. Josh was very kind to invite me for dinner while I was staying. He also drove me to a store when i needed to pick up some stuff quickly and didn’t have a ride. He allowed me to check in earlier when I arrived at the airport with very early morning flight. And he let me stay till the afternoon when I checked out because I didn’t have place to stay till the next appointment. He was incredibly nice and I appreciate hospitality of him and his wife.

The appartment is very cozy, well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Close to the airport and to the city centre.

I was really happy to stay there. Everything is at the TOP. It's a really calm place first of all. The location is perfect regarding the access to all the different highways. You have also all the food brands next door. Inside, tha room is well organized, with all the lil accessories you might need. If i have to go back to Miami, for sure i will rent the place again.

Owners - great, facilities- great, vibe- great, location more than ok taking into consideration that everybody in US use cars. It is only 20 min away from Miami.
