The bed and especially the PILLOWS were the best I have ever laid my head on. Unbelievably comfortable. My wife could not get out bed the next morning. I had to remove two layers of pillow case to revel the name of the pillow. I'm sorry I cannot share it, because then you won't go yourself!

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The room and the bathroom were surprisingly nice considering this is a budget accomodation in Key West. Great location, within a mile from all the attractions, some of them much closer like a nice beach. A quiet air condition, so you can leave it overnight, a necessity with those temperatures. Pleasant patio to hang out / eat. Parking is free but limited, park if you can and leave the car there.
Great location and great hosts. Just a .5 mile bike ride from almost anywhere: Higgs Beach, Duval street, etc. They had all the things you need including bikes, umbrella, beach towels , bathroom and kitchen supplies. One of the bikes had a flat tire and they had someone come over immediately and switch the bike out. Great communication from host.
Ideal quiet location near all the amenities. Quaint property with all facilities required for a short break. Staff really helpful & on site during day. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & fully recommend The Grand Guesthouse for anyone staying in Key West.
Cathy is a very nice and caring she assisted us with all of our needs during our visit. The rooms are very clean, fresh and comfortable. We felt so welcomed and there is free tea, coffee and water 24 hours with a beautiful complimentary breakfast spread in the mornings. The Grand Guesthouse is close to everywhere you want to see (we walked everywhere) except one night we took an Uber. We will be returning to the Grand Guesthouse in the future it was a great location, very quiet, peaceful and inviting. I recommend this place to stay.
Authors is a very quaint boutique style guest house, location was quite a walk to Duval St , probably made worse because of the heat we got uber back at night. Parking we found a space in the next street .
Breakfast basic but adaquate, pool was tiny more like a Jacuzzi,ok to dip in to cool off ,pool area bit shabby ,could do with a spruce up.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean ,super comfy beds
Great Location, right in Key West Downtown, charming Key West style guest house. The Mallory room was really spacious and the bed amazingly comfy.
There is a lovely tiny pool at the back of the property.
David, at the front desk, was very friendly.
