Overall, I am delighted with the accommodation. The owner is very easygoing, communicative, and available. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. The building is very secure. I had my peace in the apartment, and everything you might need during your stay was available.

I did not have breakfast at the Lovely Room, walked over to Starbuck's. The room was exactly as described on booking.com. A lovely apartment with a very comfortable bedroom. The apartment was spotless. Easy to get to.

The staff were nice, but that was about the only quality.

Close to airport, private pickup and return at the airport entrance, even at 5 am! (Where hotel shuttles go once in an hour, and they drop you off at the Federal circle subway station!)

You get the whole basement apartment to yourself, which includes a TV room, kitchen etc. Your host is Miad and he is an absolute star. He will pick you up from JFK, and is clearly an entrepreneurial type of host for whom nothing is too much to ask. Really appreciate the price, the location and the pick up.
Responsive and kind host, short (free) transfer from the airport, impeccably clean: perfect stay for my late arrival-early departure travel scheme. Highly recommended!
The apartment has everything you need (and more!). it was very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and on a nice street. we got a Lyft to a nearby mall for food as the rent any restaurants very close by, but that was no hassle.
The host was very friendly and helpful. we couldn’t fault this place at all.
