The facility is at a great location. Great views. Very much kids friendly with lovely pool, several parks. Even bikes for guests to use. Room was clean and very comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Breakfast had variety of options. Overall good experience. I would choose the property again if I had to because of the facilities they provided but would be great with better ac and bathroom.

The Office Manager, Kathy, was incredibly helpful in finding us a quiet room and without her above and beyond help we would have not made our bus connection the next morning to Denver airport and the UK!

Excellent location! Charming bungalow built in 1888 and well appointed, with comfortable furniture. Easy to use kitchen. We used the large kitchen island to put together a 1,000 piece puzzle. Comfortable beds. Very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay very, very much! Nice location, very quiet with great views towards Mount Sopris from the garden, where we were able to use the swing and the rocker chairs. The room was also very clean, nice and comfortable. And the host Monique was most attentive.

Everything was wonderful - the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, the location is absolutely ideal and is an easy walk (less than 5 min) to all the shops/bars/restaurants in town, Derek was a great host and provided a lovely breakfast and juice and coffee and tea, the hot tub was great, overall it was just a really perfect place to stay, definitely better than any of the hotel options in town!

Great location within walking distance to the hotspring pool and dinning area in city center. You can see mountains from your room and the courtyard. The buidling style of the hotel is kind of Nordic and Danish, adding quite some artistic touch to what would have been an ordinary motel. We have 5 people and stayed in a suite - a real suite with a separate room.
