Half of the apartment was lovely -- the family room area, the main bedroom and the bathroom. I think this was probably part of the original finished basement. The location was great for us, as we really wanted/needed to be in Burke and there are no hotels there.

The room was excellent, spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom are large and very clean. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a very quiet location close to Georgetown's amenities.

Parhat the owner of the location was very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful with anything we needed! It is conveniently located to the loading dock of the Gaylord and my booth at the back of the exhibit hall. It's a nice quiet space to rest after a long day at the trade show. I will definitely be reserving again next year!
The flat is nice and complete with all the necessities. It is also very convenient if you have to attend a conference in the nearby Congress Centre. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. It was great to stay here.
The property is located close to National Harbor and is an easy walk to many places, including the Gaylord, which is where my conference was hosted. The guest house is easily accessible and independent from the main house, and provides many amenities such as a desk for work, bed, mini fridge and microwave, tea kettle, private bathroom, and full closet. The property was very clean and well kept, and everything is quite new.
Exceptionally clean place. Great value, great location. I visited two nearby parks on the Potomac for free. The other quests were as quiet as me. Well equipped. New, comfortable furniture.
