Everything was perfect. Billy is the nicest host and his rental was great. Our room was comfortable. The private restroom was great and equipped with all that we needed. Pool and hot tub both very nice, although our stay was so short we didn’t around to using it. The kitchen is fully stocked with food and drinks to enjoy as well. We also had designated free parking for our rental car too. It was nicer than staying in a nice hotel and had so much charm around the property.

The place is very cute. It’s an attached apartment to the main home. There is a separate kitchen, and the living room has a fold out couch. The location is decent for the Hard Rock. There is off-street parking.

Great place, well maintained property, quiet neighborhood, large and clean apartment, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Nice and relaxing pool area. The hosts are incredibly helpful. There was a washing machine, tumble dryer and beach towel for free use. Highly recommended!
The property is exactly how it looks in the photos, spacious everywhere (except the bathroom) with good storage and good, clean decoration. Hosts kindly stocked with water and little chocolates on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would be very comfortable for a weekend stay. Hosts were very pleasant in interactions, and when I left something in the property were incredibly helpful in sorting it out, and was very easy to gain access to the property. Street was quiet and you could park right outside.

Very comfortable bed. The guesthouse was like an oasis with lovely pool,jacuzzi and garden. Very quiet. The host was welcoming and even drove us to a nearby restaurant for dinner on our first night.
Great location and a cute, comfy room. It was a great couple of nights. Quiet and charming. We never used the pool, but the grounds are well kept and pretty. I liked that it was gated and felt safe. And free easy parking too.
