Friendly and honest receptionists. Clean rooms ( slightly dated but CLEAN), clean and daily maintained swimming pool. Fairly good selection for breakfast. Quiet area and not too far from shops etc.
Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and great location. Also, the staff were very nice and provided excellent customer service.
Checkin was smooth and the front desk staff made it clear they were available to help. I took dinner to go from the restaurant. The room was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location if you also love shopping during work trips.
Spacious rooms , cleanliness , amazing beds, quiet place , very good breakfast , full kitchen with all equipment , fireplace , close to the mall and many places to eat

2. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, but far from favorite places 'groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.' You have to do serious walking/driving to get to these places, and the weather was not very helpful

The room and the bathroom were larger and even lovelier than in the photographs, and the location was convenient to the highway (66) but very quiet. Our host was so welcoming and considerate to our needs. I do believe a car is needed to take advantage of this location, though there are amenities within walking distance. Absolutely loved the tub!!!
