Before our stay, right after our booking, the hosts contacted us (even in German) and the check-in instructions were given in due time.
It's a spacious villa with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable, king-sized bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a quality barbecue grill.
TV and music installations were up to date and worked well.
The surroundings were very quiet, the neighbours as friendly as usual in Cape Coral.
Two bicycles and four excellent beach chairs were at our disposal - nice!

I boooked this villa as a travelagent for clients. They were so happy with the accomodation. Clean, spacious in a quiet location. They had a minor problem when they checked in. But even it was in the middle of the night the host helped us out and was easy to reach. Excellent service!
